Our media releases and advisories cover a wide range of ASIC’s activities, including enforcement outcomes, consumer warnings, legislative amendments and policy updates.
Subscribe to the email distribution list by sending your name, title, organisation, email address and contact phone numbers to media.subscription@asic.gov.au.
Information for journalists
Journalists representing newspapers, magazines, radio and television outlets or journalists producing commissioned articles can contact the ASIC Media Unit on (03) 9280 4455 or email media.unit@asic.gov.au.
Public or general business queries should be directed to ASIC's toll free Infoline: 1300 300 630 (between 8.30am and 7.00pm EST).

A member of ASIC's Media Unit will respond to you as soon as possible. Our media policy is to answer all inquiries as accurately, thoroughly and promptly as possible, however, legal or policy constraints may prevent us from meeting your specific request.
Please note the Media Unit is only able to accept inquiries from members of the media.

Visiting ASIC premises
All media representatives must go to reception, where you will be signed in. While on ASIC premises, journalists and their crews will be accompanied by a member of ASIC's Media Unit.
